Tool

Post by grim1500 » Wed Nov 18, 2015 11:41 am

Tool just announced a few tour dates in 2016, and I'm so excited. They haven't toured in forever and I was afraid I'd never get to see them live. They'll be in Nashville on January 23rd. Tickets go on sale Friday, and I'm definitely getting some. I can't wait.

Edit: In case anyone else is a Tool fan and would like to go to a concert, here are the dates they've announced. I think there will be more.

I was on the Ticketmaster page like 2 hours early, watching the timer count down. When it hit 0, the page reloaded, and all the tickets were gone. I don't think there were any to begin with. StubHub and other places are flooded with them with the cheapest, most horrible seats like 5 times the face value. No thanks. I'm not letting companies scalp me. I'll just stick to free YouTube videos.

I noticed your Facebook post. That's total bullshit and I seen others had the same issue
"Koolzone isn't some domain you can buy, its not a name, it's not a specific board software, its that special little place in our hearts, its the joy you felt when you were a kid on christmas and you woke up to go find presents under the tree. Its your first kiss, your lost virginity, its the love an abusive step father has for his son he never wanted because he really just wanted to get in the mom's pants but the kid was part of the packaged deal. Its the twinkling of a star as you look up into the night sky and realize how big the universe is. KZ isn't just some website or name. It's a little piece of magic in all of us. :) " -Omni

Yeah, I was reading in some Facebook groups for the concerts, and almost everyone had the same problem. It's not fair. They sell their tickets to StubHub and other places before they go on sale to the public, so we never really had a chance to begin with.

Totally common. Hell, even before the extra ticket "brokers" starting scalping every seat in the stadium, Tool was selling out in 10 minutes. So you never really had a chance.

Damn dude, that sucks. One of my favorite things to do is see my fave bands live. So sorry you have to miss out cause of bullshit. :/
The good news is it really doesn't matter
The other good news is an apple Jolly Rancher
And it won't heal wounds, but it will heal moods
And it's sweet and it's sour and it's green and it rules.
Can't do much so the cut won't sting
But you can make a couple taste buds go z-z-z-zing!
