Well shit, I can't believe I missed it.

A few minutes ago I was telling someone that it sort of makes sense that I ended up working in the web hosting industry. I think I started out on the GameShark boards (there's a word I haven't written in a while) when I was about 14 or 15. I tried my hand at learning HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc back then, stopped around 20, picked it up again around 22 and realized I hated it. I stayed in software but did other things, then about 4 and a half years ago I ended up at the company I'm at now. Makes sense considering how much time I spent on the internet back in the day.

After that conversation ended, my first thought was I wonder if KZ is still around. I had no idea it's been 15 years since AV started this thing. If I remember right, it was actually two forums that combined, right? Anyway, glad I was not disappointed. Also, I'm glad I was able to remember my password after the 7th try.

Keep it classy my friends. Or don't... actually don't.

Gameshark boards, that brings back a lot of memory. To this day, I still don't know what's gotten into my mind that day that I decided to join a board called Gameshark and stayed active. I sometimes still wonder how's life been for some of the old members there such as smokerebel, rhonda, and Devil's Advocate.

I actually miss the product. Shame sanctions on those type of devices were banned but I get it with all the online play now.

I still have Gameshark for my PS2 release day model, that last I checked a couple of years ago, still works.
